The All-New 2024 Chevy Trax

Interior Design

Thanks to the new head-turning style and expanded exterior dimensions, the interior of the new Chevy Trax features a more spacious interior for you and your passengers. The comfy seating space can fold to expand your cargo space up to 54.1 cubic feet - plenty of room for your luggage and camping gear when you want to get away. The 60/40 split-folding second-row seats simplify increasing cargo space, and you'll enjoy the convenience of an interior you can configure while on the go. Amenities range from a ten-way power-adjustable driver's seat with power lumbar support to heated front seats and Evotex seating. When you want to adjust your seating space, you'll find it easy to match your preferred comfort level.

Performance

The peppy Chevy Trax might not have the biggest, strongest engine under the hood, but you'll still have plenty of zip to help you seize the day. The lineup sports a standard turbocharged 1.2-liter three-cylinder engine outputting 137 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque. All five trim levels pair with a six-speed automatic transmission mated exclusively to front-wheel drive. For such a small frame, the Chevy Trax handles the challenges of your drive easily and confidently. The GM-estimated 30 MPG combined capability keeps you going long into your next adventure before you need to stop to fill up.

Safety

The all-new Chevy Trax comes standard with Chevy Safety Assist, a package of driver assistance technology to help guide you through thick traffic and busy parking lots confidently. Your peace of mind is assured through features like Forward Collision Alert, Automatic Emergency Braking, and Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning. Upgrading to higher trim levels adds more peace of mind with optional Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert, and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert - you'll have an extra pair of eyes helping you watch the road!

Technology

When you want to go wire-free with your new SUV, the Chevy Trax boasts an updated interior with all you need right at your fingertips. The base Trax model comes equipped with an eight-inch Chevrolet Infotainment Touchscreen, featuring wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ smartphone integration - you can ditch the USB cable when you want to utilize your apps and music. Available wireless charging saves you from the tangled cables while charging up your devices, and the built-in Wi-Fi hotspot makes connecting multiple devices from the road easy. With the myChevrolet Mobile App, you can track important vehicle maintenance requirements and more from the convenience of your mobile device.
