An Iconic Japanese RWD Sports Car

It's a great value if you can locate a low-mileage example for under $20k. Find a 6-spd model if you can, but the 7-spd AT is reliable and performs well if you opt for this option. The Touring and Sport packages are also highly recommended. - 5.0

Even with the new 400Z knocking at the door, a LOT of peoples' opinions are that the 370Z is STILL a hard-to-match true sports car with RWD and available 6-speed manual transmission. There is no current competitor under $40K that offers the stance, performance options, and flared body style of the 370Z, particularly the 2018 370Z Nismo (which I own). Though somewhat lacking in modern day technology, the driving experience and performance were my primary reasons for buying the Nismo. I love the tracking, acceleration, braking and steering feedback when hitting the twisties, and stopping at the local cafe for a break in the action finds me looking out the cafe window admiring the (VERY) good looks of this beautiful car. As a medium-build 6'1" guy, I still find the Recaro bucket seats a great performance option that keeps me solidly in place during spirited driving, and comfortable for longer distances (300+ mile days). There's not many cars on Deal's Gap's 311 curves that can keep up with the 370Z, and the nearby Cherohala Skyway allows you to swoop through the much larger curves at a very rapid pace. Bluetooth phone use and music is a little less intuitive than the newer designs, but those are only background or peripheral reasons I drive the Nismo. As it turns out, the used 2018 370Z Nismo I bought for $32K has INCREASED in value since I got it...now booked at between $36K & $42K. I almost suspect this particular car and model will be something that the next generation will remember with more than just a passing fondness...that non-turbo 3.7L V6 engine is going to be a big drawing point. We might end up seeing a few of these pass over the auction block at Barrett-Jackson some day in the future! Proud and happy owner...highest recommendation! - 1.0
Not as fun after awhile

This car keeps having many problems going on to much. The car also rides way to stiff, and the seat was starting to hurt my back. Not a comfortable car. Also 17 to 18 miles to a gallon is definitely not good for a small car. My biggest complaint is 2 seats only, and no room for anything else. My friends come first, so I sold this vehicle off.
